What inspires you to become a better person?
As a certified personal trainer, & group fitness instructor(Strong by Zumba instructor, Zumba instructor) motivating my clients to reach their goals is my number one priority. With over 12 years experience coaching, training, and teaching group fitness classes it’s important to be positive, motivated and show perseverance! You only get one body and it’s essential to familiarize clients by showing them what types of exercises will benefit their individual bodies and give them the results they are looking for. Creating a fitness plan that will meet the needs of each client and educating them on proper form, technique, posture, and exercises are an essential part of each personal training session. Experienced in training clients from ages 8-78 using various fitness equipment (Hoist, FTX functional trainer, Strongboard, Bosu, TRX), strength, conditioning, agility, Pilates, core, & cardio exercises. I’m here to work with my clients to set up the best plan of action, help meet their goals, conquer their obstacles, and create new goals to inspire them on a lifelong journey to love fitness and their bodies.

Life comes at you quite fast and staying positive and motivated is something that I strive for every day. It isn't easy, but I work my hardest to not only meet my individual goals, but help my clients meet their goals too!
What are you looking for in each day? Are you looking to stay healthy, fit, and be the best you can be? Then what are you waiting for? Exercise is the key to making you have a successful and more vibrant life, and all it starts with is YOU. YOU are the one that wakes up every morning and says that YOU are going to take on this day and BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE! YOU have to be the motivation to yourself, otherwise, who else is going to push you to be the best? Of course you might say that you have a personal trainer that motivates you and helps you strive to become a better, more fit person. Overall, YOU are the one that is all starts with each day. Whether you are trying to fit into a new outfit, lose a few winter pounds, or just tone muscles and lose that unwanted body fat, exercise is the key to making you become a BETTER YOU! Why wait? Why make excuses? You get one life to live, so make sure you do your best, no matter what you chose! Remember, it all starts with one person...so make that person be YOU!
