How do you show yourself that you love your body?

Life’s difficult, let’s face it.  There are always obstacles, of course you hear it from everyone, and it’s true.  There are many things in life that might be hard, miserable, upsetting, or difficult, but again we always learn from these things.  We keep going and motivating ourselves to do our best.  We strive to be the best we can be, at least that’s what we tell ourselves each and everyday.  Do your best and try your hardest.  That’s all that matters in the end.  Whatever your hardest may be for the day, that’s what you are working towards.  You are setting those goals for yourself and working hard to accomplish them. After reading the Shape magazine articles about loving the skin you are in, it motivated me to write a bit about how to show love to your body and truly love the skin you are in!  Being confident in yourself and having a positive self image.  It’s sometimes hard to be confident, but if we build a strong community and motivate each other it’s possible to make yourself proud and spread happiness to others.   As a fitness instructor and youth trainer I want my clients to realize how strong and powerful they truly are as individuals!

How do we strive for the perfect body?  What is it that you are looking for in your “perfect body?”  Is it the six-pack abs, the toned arm muscles, the long lean legs?  There are all different types of bodies and we need to be thankful for the amazing body that we have and what our bodies can do.  Just imagine, our bodies are the most amazing machines, but everyone has a unique body and our bodies change over time.  Let’s face it, our bodies are not going to look like we are 25 all the time.  You have to work hard to maintain a positive self-image and have confidence in yourself.   Be proud of who you are and motivate yourself to do what it takes to get your body where you want it to be.  Look for the positives and empower yourself to be active.  Influence other people to be active and confident in themselves.  It’s setting goals, finding friends and building a strong community that generates the confidence we need to be better people and be confident in our own skin and proud of own unique body shape.

So, here’s my question to you...How do you show yourself that you love your body image?
